Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement detailed production plans based on available capacity and customer requirements.

- Ensure knowledge and understanding of furniture products manufactured from both natural and industrial wood.

- Monitor and manage all production stages.

- Coordinate with production teams to ensure adherence to schedules and resolve bottlenecks.

-Maintain awareness of operating times and ensure optimization of production efficiency.

-Track work orders, production progress, and ensure alignment with delivery deadlines.

-Generate reports and analysis on production performance for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

-3–5 years of experience in production planning within the furniture or wood industry (mandatory).

-Strong knowledge of production cycles, capacity planning, and operational scheduling.

-Previous experience working with ERP systems (preferred).
