•Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts, Architecture, or a related field.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, wood factories, or similar industries.

•Proven experience handling residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects.

•Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of 3D software is a plus).

•In-depth knowledge of wood materials, finishes, fittings, hardware, and cladding systems.

•High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

•Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

•Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed shop drawings and technical submittals with clients and consultants.

•Manage the technical aspects of projects from design development through manufacturing and installation.

•Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure design feasibility, constructability, and efficiency.

•Ensure full compliance with project specifications, materials, and quality standards.

•Provide technical support to clients to facilitate project approvals and deal closure.

•Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency, cost control, and material utilization.

•Work on pricing and cost estimation as a part of the commercial and sales team.
